The repo is not buildable. All programs.* files are missing (programs.cc, programs.hh)? Only programs.png is present.

I am using lattest Git version. I don't know how to use microsoft anna command line for text to speech audio.
Please tell me the required command line to be used for ANNA
Location for command line is
Menu > Edit > dictionaries > programmes

I can get espeak to work with the Git version of GoldenDict, but espeak has horrible voice quality. It sounds very artificial. Festival has much better voice quality that actually sounds like a human is speaking, but I can't get Festival to work. See: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2001&p=8497&hilit=festival#p8497

Any suggestions for how to get Festival to work with GoldenDict?
