1. Please, introduce a small delay (say, 300-500ms, probably user configurable) before showing a popup window for a certain key combination, not to interfere with global shortcuts. E.g.
New user registration is currently disabled due to spam abuse / Регистрация новых пользователей в настоящее время приостановлена из-за злоупотреблений спаммерами
