Mouse weel has no effect on popup content

Hello,

Popup does not scroll when using mouse wheel, using windows 7 and logitech drivers.

edit: when I click the "pin" button, and the borders are shown, the wheel works as expected in the content area.

I have a same problem too.
Scroll bar doesn't work in popup window, but when I press the middle button of mouse it would move through context as expected!
OS: Win7 x64
But I'm not sure about this bug in Ubuntu
