Tibetan Typing Problem only "sa" works

Morning folks,

I set up my computer with Dzonkha fonts and these things and I am using tise to type tibetan letters. It works fine in all documents like word documents etc., but when I try to find a word in GoldenDict, now matter what letter I press, only a "sa" appears.
