Touch problem on SG S4mini

Dear all,
I found a strange problem that the "other" menu (including some options, see the picture) didn't respond to touch on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4mini). No matter which one I touch, nothing happens. The problems exists for a long time (from V1.5.6 to V1.6.0), and I'm sure my touchscreen is good. I can open other menus like "manage dictionaries". Moreover, I can enter the "other" menu and select "Quit" on other phones. Anybody knows why? Thanks in advance.
