Feature request: enable sound dirs in the portable version

Hi!

I created a a PortableApps version of GoldenDict that's based on GoldenDict's built-in portable mode. A user reported that sound dirs wouldn't work in the portable version, and it appears this is a problem with GoldenDict's portable mode.

Could you please add support for sound dirs in portable mode? (Or perhaps there's some way I could handle that in my launcher?)

Sound dirs are largely dependent on absolute paths, and it would require some work to change that. Since sound dirs are not used by that many people, I've decided it wasn't worth the work. I would accept cleanly made patches to remedy this, though.
