How to convert TBX and TMX to a usable dictionary?

Hello,
I have a large amount of data for English to Khmer, but it is in TBX and TMX format. Is there a way to easily convert these to use with GoldenDict?

These files are plain text XML files. You can turn them into a format readable by GoldenDict using some utilities and a text processor.
You can do some conversions into CSV using Heartsome Studio (a formerly commercial product that is now open source).

When you have a CSV file, you can turn it into a DSL file. See other threads about this in this forum.
