Converter to LD2 files

Is it possible to convert easily?
FYI, I am dummy in the programming languages.
I have the KANJIDIC (Japanese) in .gz format and I want to convert it to .ld2. Because it consists of Kanji pronunciation (like the Hepburn Romaji system).
Wakan does it, but has bugs...
