Add dict.cc as website and txt file

Hi there!
I tried to add dict.cc (http://www.dict.cc/?s=word) to the websites section of dictionaries but I can only fill in the name. It doesn't let me go to "address" to fill in the URL. How do I get to that field?
Furthermore I'd like to use dict.cc offline but only have txt files which GoldenDict doesn't seem to accept. Is there a way to incorporate these files anyway, maybe through a file conversion?

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Just double click on "address" field.
