I don't find any English - Tamil dictionary for GoldenDict.
I have just downloaded the software Qt Linguist for creating translation files.
Of course, it is going to be a tough job, but I would like to attempt.

I just found a Tamil dictionary for GoldenDict at the following site:

But many words are missing. for e.g. heart
