GoldenDict supports Aard dictionary format since February 2012. Download the latest version here: https://github.com/goldendict/goldendic ... or-Windows

And you have wikiquotes in several languages available in this format: http://aarddict.org/dictionaries/

I know it's there with Aard dict, but i want it on mobile,
2. Aard dict isn't full, also, any special parsar to the wiki on mobile?

stayfi, If the request is about the mobile version please open a topic in the mobile forum. Otherwise, with no further info, it's assumed you are talking about GoldenDict desktop version.
For the aard support in mobile you should ask ikm.
