Getting GD to work with chrome

Postby cribe » Mon Nov 01, 2010 5:17 pm

I tried golden dict and got the popup functionality to work in notepad and the windows run dialog box just fine. But when trying to use it in google chrome it does not work.

Specifically, I was on windows xp in google chrome typing a reply to an email in gmail.

Is this a known bug?

scan popup doesn't work in all programs. this is a known limitation - getting a word under cursor is a very tricky business.

workaround..

install auto copy extension!

anytime you double click a word it copies it to the clipboard then press ctrl done!
remember to activate clipboard translation
