How can I change the default dictionary icon on toolbar?

Look here. This method works for other dictionary formats too.

I mean changing the default dictionary icon on toolbar (dictionaries that have no bmp icons), one by one adding bmp icons to each dictionary is rather tiring.

The default icons are hardcoded. You can change it in sources and build you own GD version.
