Goldendict can't support scroll down gesture on surface-pro

Gd is really a very very excellent software.
Recently I tried to use GD on microsoft surface pro with the windows 8 64 bit OS.
Unfortunately, it seems that GD cannot support the scroll down gesture that usually works fine for a touch screen.
The scroll down gesture for touch screen turned out to be "selection" function in GD.

Is it possible to solve this problem?
