Wikipedia Links not working

how should the links be contructed for Wikipedia?
This is not working anymore:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w
I get: Query error: XML parse error: unexpected end of file at 1,1
How should the Link be?

EDIT: found it selfly, it is just the http not working anymore, so with: https://en.wikipedia.org/w all works. Also the other wikis.
