There's a way to resize the pop-up windows of Goldendict on my sony prs-t1? I use it with Moon+ Reader, when the lookup occurs in the first lines, the window occupies almost all screen, andI I can't read the following lines. There is a way to obtain a similar behaviour?

The dimensions of the popup are communicated by the reader app in the intent which it invokes. Therefore you should ask Moon+ support about this.
