Right-to-left languages pose problems; I'm collecting information on how to solve them. I have taken your input and example dictionary into account.
Do you think that in this case the right thing to do is to just always show any articles which are supposed to be in Urdu in a right-to-left fashion?

thanks for your kind words,,
yes you are right in saying .. the best way is to have it displayed from right to left ,, with the words joined in proper fashion,, this script is common to urdu/pashto/farsi/arabic..
however i have read that android upto 2.3 have no support for these languages,, so if thats the case then the best alternative workable route is to have at least the alphabets start from right to left un joined..
if joining is not possible then the othe way is to make it display each alphabet from right to left.. that will be easy to read then the current display format if not perfect..
there should be some way in the app to tell it that dictionary corresponding to this ld2 file is urdu or of this script and it should be displayed seperately..
